This have been a long problem since the start of online merchandising and online payment where some company doesn't tend to give a proper time resolving their user's or buyers problem. Let's see how Bidium devs and staff will approach this issue they should hire alot of good customer representative for their platform so it won't be an issue.

They need a costumer representative with long patience because some customers are dont understand the regulation in buying online and if they are wrong they will not accept it. Bedium needs more employers with a good attitude to face the problem easily.
