Why doesn't this forum ban accounts and/or even IP addresses?
They do ban accounts, and IPs, but it's pointless.
It's easy to get a new account and a new IP.
Plus, IP bans generate a quite a bit of threads of people (rightfully) suprised being locked off from the forum while they did nothing wrong (they just had bad luck and picked a baned IP).
True, I deal with static IPs all day long I forget about DHCP.
