I looked closely by expanding all the transactions via desktop and saw the transaction already. My bad, sorry, I was using mobile earlier.
It's really weird. Have you tried asking ELIX team about it? Maybe they can assist you.

I thought I saw the same situation with this reddit thread, however, it seems not, the issue was the exchange.
