If top merit senders wants to be a merit source then they can apply. It's a choice they need to make. If they do not want to be a merit source then let them be it, they are not getting paid for it by the way. Somehow theymos doesn't want us to know the name of the merit sources. So it's not easy to give you a list however you can use your experience on the forum to know some of their names.
