It's really hard to determined who are the fake and legit ICOs now a days. Whenever I am joining to specific ICO, I am always reading every details of it.  I usually trusting ICOs based on its team wether it composed of experienced peoples. I also look to the products or services which the project can give. Upon doing that, I never encountered scam ICO yet.
