Current status-

 Sam hasn't been online in a week. He hasn't made a post in over three weeks.

 Hashing hasn't happened at all for over three days.  

 Dividends haven't been paid for 18 days.

 The stock is listed with a "Black" rating, which is stage 2 of the de-listing process.


The good news is that once it's de-listed, you won't have to worry about the share price any more.
