Hi there, sorry for the delay in my response and thanks for the message. I haven't been quite clear. By 'serious offers' I request that people only place bids/offers with the intention of actually following through towards payment.

In terms of a starting bid, I was hoping that people would place offers in this thread - or bids - for my consideration. I will gauge the level of interest as a marker for determining whether or not an offer is a fair price.
