When I want to convert zPIV to PIV, the "spend zerocoin" is not active nor clickable !
What can be the issue ? I still use previous version.

Make sure you update to the latest version as per messages above. Zpiv to piv conversion is on hold until 8 May and only if enough people have upgraded to make sure it is stable.
