I would imagine that 100% QA testing of electronic devices would be expected, a simple dry solder join or whisker shorting components from the reflow process could be a show stopper.
I assume that testing is what is being described as being done by the factory before shipping the boards. What's under discussion now is what testing, if any, we think bobsag3 should do on the big box of boards he'll get before shipping out individual orders.
