Does this project still continue? I go through that google docs and still no new update.
I think OP should be active to promote this ebook. I hope soon this book will release and become the true guidance for ICO project.
Like we mentioned earlier, we're going to write after our WhitePaper completion. But there not much interest from the community side, seems it's not something community need.
