Have a look at Nexo and Ethorse. Both pay dividends and Nexo is even SEC compliant.
Also an interesting project is Sharpe (SHP) imo. Its not real passive income since you have to give predictions on their platform whether stock and crypto assets are going up or down, but if you do this and hold some of their tokens you can get easily some 100$ per month.
Nexo is little bit overvalued now, but I still want to buy, but I can not because IDEX is not working for few days. And there is not another exchange..
