I was reading about this morning. Hopefully ETH is determined not to be a security otherwise the impact could be very detrimental to the crypto markets. If ETH is a security, it will mean many other coins will have to be as well.
In my opinion, neither eth nor ripple will be determined as security but I think they will not also determined as pure utility token. It is in fact very complicated
