this is ultrawierd ... EVERYtime i turn wallet off and on again it write NO BLOCK SOURCE AVAILABLE, but it find active connections

only helps to delete everthing (but not wallet.dat and both conf) in roaming folder

edit: maybe is "bug" in closing wallet itself by clicking on X instead of file-exit
