No, most likely, you are mistaken. Since almost every day you can see the answers to our questions from the administrator. If you carefully read this topic, you will see that the administrator responds in bold.

Yeah, the admins have been pretty active and they are replying to all the queries from the side of users. I think you should checkout the thread more often to be in touch with what is going on. Anyway, you're subjected to your own opinion.

Thank you for the positive feedback! As said, I'm willing to reply to questions & reply several times a day/at least every day to help you! Whereas Telegram is the most active channel to receive information and ask questions at. But, as said thank you for the feedback everyone and you're free to either comment here or send PMs ^_^

Telegram is best to talk with them and have answer in real time, and keep in mind that telegram doesn't share your number with people that doesn't have your number in their phone, So it's ok to use to ask question.

Correct, you can easily make an account and your telephone number is secure, only visible by mutual contacts you already have a phone number of. You can simply set an username + profile picture if you wish.
