I think this is a good way to use a phone to do some poll, since today making a poll getting easier.
But mostly the are using computer or something like it, there still a few that utilizing the phone to do it.
This should be a good choice for it.
Today robocalling-based polls have tons of bias because people ignore the calls. Blockchain-based mobile app polling is definitely the future.
