It is possible, it is always possible. The question is just whether it will happen to so many coins. DOGE can't be repeated. Several pumps from 2015 onwards can't be repeated. There really needs to be very strong tech in place to convince whales to pump a coin. And there is so much development going on in many projects, it's impossible to identify and invest in all of the next 10,000% pumps.
Swingtrading is the word. Dump some coins and offer to buy them back at a lower price for the payment you get. That way you will either gain some extra coins or see the price go up. Trade against Bitcoins. Everyone's favorite. Just in case price goes up on the selloffs. Then you will have 2 winners.
Keep 1/10 of your portfolio in swing and save the rest for a rainy day. (Don't cancel given orders in the process unless you have check on the math.)
