Are you have returned coins from all MN-share already? My friend that has sent coins to three MN's received nothing. Or he must provide a photo of the transaction and the address, from which the coins were sent, to support's mail?
Your friend should send the transaction ID (photo) and the addresses from which the coins were sent, also indicate your login on the site.
