i think you can use other payment method, i see some bitcoin user from india using perfect money to buy and sell bitcoin. you can use international exchanger or personal exchanger (you need trusted exchanger for this option) to buy and sell bitcoin.

So if I add fund from my bank account to perfect money and make bitcoin purchase then bank will see it as a transaction to perfect money and won't know that it was finally used for bitcoin purchase because bank is dealing with only perfect money, not with bitcoin exchange.

Is that right?

it is correct but remember that you will be dealing with a lot of fees in this process. the fees of transferring fiat to Perfect money and then the fee for transferring PM to buy bitcoin and also possibly even the exchange fee that you have to pay for that if you use an exchange like c-cex (I think it is 5% transfer fee and 0.2% trading fee) or if you use another person on the internet you will have to pay higher prices.

so first you should calculate these and see if it is really worth it to use this method or not.
