i think this project needs a lot of money for technical implementation. is it possible for the company to collect so much?

in fact, they dont need much money. at least, the company decided to allocate 20% to the technical implementation of Paymon from the funds that will be collected at the ICO.

such a little amount what will the rest be spent on?

I also think so if they only need 20% for technical implementation then the rest of Ico will be used for what, maybe for project development also I think.
