@ ALL - Phase 4B is all RESERVED.  We will not be accepting new memberships.  We will only reserve capacity for Existing members to grow.  
@ Existing Members - Please check with us to make sure there is available capacity before sending more machines.  We want to be fair and distribute available capacity equally.  We get a lot of customers that just send in a ton of machines, without first checking and this can cause a worst capacity issue for us.  Thanks for your understanding.
