in fact, they dont need much money. at least, the company decided to allocate 20% to the technical implementation of Paymon from the funds that will be collected at the ICO.
such a little amount… what will the rest be spent on? 
taking into account the fact that some part of the project has already been implemented, this money will be enough. majority  of the funds raised will be allocated to the marketing campaign. it’s planned to spend 40% on it

will Paymon have kinda reserve?

as far as i understand that the “development fund of the company” will serve as a reserve,   20% of the funds collected for Token Sale will be allocated to it, right?
