They can even choose the job of their choice because they will be having a direct contact with the employers so as they are being interviewed and if they feel that the work he wants to apply to is not too good for him he can back out and not just eat what is being fed them.

because we as a human we have different kind of skills and ability in doing are job, so that the bidium project offers to you a great and nice platform that will serve you better.

That's a very nice idea, because as a freelancer we work for our success not for the others, rather than a worker you don't have a freedom
because you have a boss that will always dictate/command you. Thats why the bidium project offer a freelancer work to those person who are qualified.
