Possibilities are:
- Press charges
- Class action suit
- Get the Ukranian government involved
- Mass social media actions

Do you think creating the group of victims on the Telegram will recover your funds? What you can do is spread the scam news as mush as you can,it will help the people in future by getting scammed.If the governments involves that might give some solutions but I doubt that it will happen.
And one more thing,Poloniex also will join in the scam club in the near future in my opinion because there are lots of cases are opened against them,so be careful guys and never store your funds in exchange for too long.
I dont even see the reason why they do create and hoping about recovering up funds or making a solution to those people who lose up funds with the exchange.Tracing it up would really takes time and it do really needs extreme effort and investigation by authorities to trace up for those people who are responsible for this.
Its always been advised for countless times about storing up big amounts on exchangers shouldnt be done because there would always be a risk.
