Yeah bitcoin will always have value, the only thing that is causing panic is the mainstream media, i myself have heard alot of "bitcoin is dying" sentences from multiple of my co-workers just because they have seen so in TV or read it in news.
The sad thing is that autors of these articles don't know anything about bitcoin at all or they have just found about it in recent year or so.
And then people panic sell and spread FUD. Atleast that's how i see it.
