It might be totally true about the fact that they use customers coins to setup a masternode.
I never trust the Exchanges, but too bad I have no other choise then use their service.
You don't have to fall into seriously worry like this.
Your withdrawal transactions will be reprocessed, it might takes 30 minutes or several hours depends on how stucked the network is.
Finally, you will get your coins, less than one day, I guess and based on my experience with coinexchange.io.
