I tagged this user for dishonestly giving his "brother" (I don't believe that) a spot in the campaign and for the other accusations.  He's clearly not being honest and should never be involved in managing a bounty or in any other high-level position in same.  Looks like he'll do whatever he needs to do to siphon money out of bounties, and it isn't fair to other participants.  Good call on posting this, OP.
