I dont if this is a stupid question or not. But whys the difference between the older S9 and the S9i they just released? Heard its possible as bitmain is moving out of China that they are selling their S9 as new and hence the s9i, any truth to this ?

Not true, I just did a test and I could use any of the coupons in my list towards these i models...
You beat me to it. I just tried the same and had no problems applying any of my (expire in June) Coupons to their purchase.
