It would seem your question has already been answered, and surprisingly enough the information is in your own OP.
"You have been banned by a forum moderator. You may appeal here: banappeals-w6pquw43@theymos.e4ward.com." Your best course of action is going to be following the instructions that you've been given by forum staff. Anything outside of their guidelines and instructions will only cause delays and obstacles for your goal of account "recovery".
Plus I'm pretty sure what you're doing right now would be considered ban evading.
As others have said, it doesn't matter if you were the original author. You need to cite your source, the original article or something along those lines to give credit where credit is due. So you are not following instructions in order to appeal your ban, and you have self-admittedly plagiarized material. You're walking on thin ice if you honestly plan on recovering that account.
