Your pool is nice and transparent. I like the interface and how it looks. But the conversion of coins are too slow. I would be fine with a 1% fee if coins were exchanged within an hour. But at 12 hours before any exchanging prices can drop very fast. Other pools exchange as quickly as possible to keep the price. I mined about 24 hours with your pool and noticed my daily average saying around 100.00 a day but after 24 hours I only made 14 bucks. The reason for that was the price dropped on the good coins after 12 hours and when they were exchanged I got less value.
Your pool has potential just needs some tweaks on exchanging.

@Wolf_Tech, you are right; The auto exchange is set to place the sell orders with a 6% over the market price and most of the orders have to be cancelled and replaced with new sell price or are taking a long time to be filled.
We will update the trading settings to place the orders in the current market price, I will let you know once the settings are online.
