I tried to pass KYC with them , for almost two weeks , that was like bashing head against stone wall ... no probs with ID verification , but residence proof was bad joke.

they state following:

Proof of address (POA) should be dated within the last 3 months. It must contain your full name, residence address, and issuance date.

Scanned images of the following paper documents are acceptable (choose one from the list below):

*a bill for utilities consumed at your home address (water bill, Internet bill, electricity bill, or any utility bill). NB! Mobile phone bills are not accepted;
*a bank statement (must reflect some transactional activity). NB! Online statements are not accepted;
*a council tax bill dated within the last 12 months;
*a government-issued letter relating to tax benefits etc.

they rejected my internet provider bill and my montly apartament/utility bill with comments that they are digitally issued bills ... anyone thees days still have non-digitally issued bills ? for example im not ... none , and have no means to get such.
they rejected my city council apartament owner and land owner tax bill , because it was more than 3 months old , apearantly only city councils they consider trustworthy and is valid for 12 months can come from UK.

at the same time digitally photographed paper utility bill is ok, or so they claim ... does that makes any sense to you ?

never encountered such nonsense , and im verified with almost all of EU based card providers. So our comunication ended kinda abruptly because its imposible to deal with such utter bs, even more that they still dont have cards on hands and most probably by the time they start to issue card , TenX , Xapo , Bitwala and other providers will start to reissue their canceled cards.

just sharing my experience about their verification procedures ...
