For the record, I've 494.83919957 BTC in Coinlenders and about 75 BTC in BTCInvest. They're pretty much all of my education fund there after I voluntarily dropped out of education system.
I have not settled.

In fact, I've talked to a friend at Digital Asset Transfer Authority (DATA).

What irks me most is that:
1. This $1 million loss may not even be genuine.
2. TF may have also been gambling after the hack: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=329136.msg3569337#msg3569337

Wait... WAIT... this guy has been gambling AFTER the hack?!?

He actually was gambling after the hack:

Notice the LuckyBit bets and the dice bet.

So, it is an important precedent for accountability, for Bitcoin/crypto's sustainability, for those who've been harmed or who will be, and for the future.
My friend from the network also sees this is an important case in point / important precedent to set.

But we will not achieve anything if we continue "running/clucking around like amateur headless chickens" (paraphrased from conversation).

There are resources, professionals, connections, authorities, and possibilities to pursue this that I can help to connect.

[The only thing holding me back is that I've to be on-the-go/at countries probably without internet of late; so practically, I can't oversee this.]

I know some of you are thinking of pursuing individual legal actions, but really, we could be more effective with a concerted group/class actions. There are also grounds for authorities to look into this. "Every contact leaves a trace."

I've not concluded that this is a crime yet. Of course, I'd like a full settlement. But a comprehensive & honest disclosure from TF will earn compassion.

Moving forward:

A) Who is interested to pursue something collectively (regardless of whether you've settled or not)?
1. @gaston909 -
2. @DumbFruit -
3. @cobordism (reddit)
4. @thecoinjournal -
5. @chaosfox -

6. @Efflorescence - Yes

7. (Reply with your name below/there's so many people who've voiced concern - chat with them to ask if they'd like to join the force)

B) Crowdsourced Fact-Gathering
There are information laying around, for those that you've read of & anything else you could dug up, can you post some pertinent facts (timestamp, messages, IPs, BTCs, etc)

Here's a wiki I created where everyone could edit (but I'm not the best at it): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia_talk:Articles_for_creation/TradeFortress_(Bitcoin)

C) Who can volunteer to pilot this precedent-setting collective community effort?

D) Community cause donation address
A tentative donation address for this cause: 12EuhPGiDkSSGeyPxdDaT4hJvTStYRicpY
I'll pass on any amount collected to the new community organizer.

I hope you see this cause to be as important as I do in setting a notable precedent to move bitcoins above shameful/shady businesses - towards what we see and envision in Bitcoin.
