Out of interest could the transaction with insufficient fees ever confirm?
Out of 25+ transactions with insufficient fees, 2 ended up confirming after about 2 days.
However now that the big transaction backlog has cleared, I think transactions with insufficient fees will confirm faster. Currently there are only 600+ unconfirmed transactions vs 6k+ a few days ago.
