Who ever is going to enforce the laws in a stateless anarchic society if there is no universal consensus about what's right and what's wrong? 
Nobody! And that's the good thing about it
it is the responsibility of you and everyone else, who has strong opinions about what is right and wrong. It just seems a much effective way than the current delegation of this responsibility to agents of a monopolistic institution, which is prone to corrupting its agents anyway with the allure of money & power. So each for himself and devil take the hindmost?
That's what I like most about anarchy and above everything else...
