At least they get a red trust. Even if they create a new account they rank maybe no more than Jr, unless their posts have good quality. Because of the merit they are increasingly difficult to board the rank. And i am looking for users who have multiple accounts but only one person owns.

I mean, you can't stop that without banning bounties and airdrops that accept low ranks. You can just let them spam in that topic, because they have no reason to post outside alt-coin marketplace. :/
Tho, I didn't notice that they restrict those who join to one account, at least on the first page of the topic.
