It depends on your intuition if you want to join or invest on those ICOs that you want. Just be sure you will not ended up being scammed or you should know your ICO especially when you are expecting high return of investments.
Investing in ICOs are good but not all of them but in my own opinion, I better invest or but altcoins on crypto exchanges especially after they are listed on coinmarketcap.com because that proves that they're worth of investing and their crypto projects are important and high in demand.
