Did you buy them from Binance ?
I'm not sure that when the price will reach to 1000 sat. But I'm sure that finally its price will over than 1000 sat. ( may be within 1-2 months ).
In year 2016 : price 8 sat.
21/5/2017 : max price ---> 280 sat.
Then this year the price may be more than 1,000 sat. ( a few months from now ).
