Yeah completely true on this, i think the fact that its just so easy and cheap to make an ether based token compared to NEO( less than 100$ on ether vs upwards of 18-25k on NEO) means that projects on NEO will end up having more legitimate and serious people involved, who actually want to innovate and create something rather than just raise money in an ICO
