Why is the article using the terminology "Token Generation Event" (TGE) instead of the usual "Initial Coin Offering" (ICO)?
Are there any legal or other differences between these concepts?
As far as I know, there are no differences, including legal ones. But TGE is a more correct definition for a public procedure of tokens releasing.
