you think this is the right time to buy and hold bitcoins? because from 19k its 11k today. 
Bitcoin value is currently below $11,000 and i think it is better to invest now because the market value of Bitcoin will in no time start appreciating from all indications probably before end of December this year. We already seen this kind of event many times and definitely if we buy now, by the end of the year we can earn some good amount of ROI. Its behavior right now can has been ranging from $9k-$10k so we still have much more time to buy. Btc will surely give us profit if we have faith in it.
