If you always panic then sell your cryptocurrency you will lose. So think positive and believe that the existing crypto will increase again and you will not lose.
If you want to control yourself in regards to your emotions (panicking), you should trust Bitcoin even if the price decreasing, you should do some research that it is normal and it will go back to its higher value.
