the continuing developers of Zclassic have decided to follow Zcash decision

HOWEVER, if a clear community consensus is reached, and tests on ASIC(s) for Equihash is successful, ZclassicCE may consider an emergency fork to change Equihash parameters even earlier than Zcash can allow (due to their commitment to Sapling upgrade schedule), and may provision its simultaneous activation with OverWinter upgrade..
