I was gonna spend a few minutes and reply but then I remembered that I would just be wasting my time as the OP is too stupid to understand basic logic.
I'm pretty sure digaran is jelly of your moderator job... seeing how he attempted to insert himself into some sort of a position on the Japanese board and now the French board. I'd say let's create a special board for digaran an appoint him dictator for life there. That should solve this issue and we can move back to our regularly scheduled Quicksy dramas.
