On the 8th of March, I was betting on FortuneJack, suddenly my account gets logged out, and moments later I get an email from
support@fortunejack.com telling me that someone has made a withdrawal, which I ofcourse denied and told them to cancel it immidietely. I will show you the screeenshots of our Email conversation here.
https://gyazo.com/c6b17b565786dad605315b4012e83041They asked me what account I'd like to keep, and I explained and told them I'd like to keep the one I was only playing on, right after that, within minutes, my account gets blocked, no response at all from Fortunejack, and they refused to give any explanations.
I tried for days contactnig them on live support, finally I get some response. and here it goes:
