For me it is, but I mostly do a trade-and-hold strategy, so I can't actually tell if it would be beneficial, especially if I would try day trading, which is a more fast-paced kind of trading compared to what I do now. I think many people experience losses in that department rather than with the one I am trying because long term holding is more of a waiting game, and you are not actually losing nor gaining until after the project ended.
