Bitcoin may be the future or it may be not. Noone really knows. All I know is that it has a great potential; it could be replaced by a better system in the future, who knows. For one thing, it is changing the way people see the world and how we interact with it. It is really a fascinating technology. For all I know, it will pave the way for a better-connected world in the future.  Bitcoin can be a good asset in this technology-driven world where rapid technological developments take place from time to time. It only makes sense for an advanced species to improve their primary mode of exchange to suit the more demanding world.
