there is bitcoin which is staying stable more or less (with bitcoin standard) and then there are altcoins which are still getting pumped and dumped. for instance in the past 24 hours a handful of them got pumped (eg. Dentacoin, RabbitCoin, Slothcoin, Jesus Coin,...) yesterday there was another set of them getting pumped. 2 days ago another different set and so on.
what is happening is that bitcoin is in an accumulation phase so the money is pumping altcoins to increase itself then come back to bitcoin when it starts its ascend.

manipulation? there is always manipulation as i said the pump and dump is happening in altcoins.
