It seems that something wrong with novacoin.org DNS server. Just sent the message to cycloid about that... 
but im not sure if we got good devs. they promised to relase logo and banner 3moths ago. A lot of people sent them their desing hope for reward, but they still didnt publicated it.
Logo has no connection with the development. Anyway, I have enough BTC to cover it and will start voting thread as soon as another issues (I have a lot of those with the another project, unfortunately) will be resolved.
