Where is Etherdelta, IDEX, Radar Relay in this list?
There are well over 100 decentralized exchanges, in operation or as projects. So OP's list is incomplete - but it's understandable due to the sheer quantity of DEX projects. Etherdelta, however, is one of the biggest "intra-chain" exchanges (without cross-chain abilities), so I would support its addition to this list here at Bitcointalk.
I have not seen a single word about the future exchange of NEX, based on the NEO platform. 
Does NEX have cross-chain capabilities?
