I was against this rule before but if you look closely, there a re too many bounty participants and a alot of them is just fake account or 1 account has multiple accounts. Even sometimes 1 person own up to 20 accounts. This is abusive and should be gotten rid off.
That is why now I quite agree with those rules, as long as they dont use our identities for something bad
