If there is ICO then obviously they will raise more funds and at the same time they will circulate more ADA's in the process. Thus it will make the market cap jump to All new heights and then the prices will follow as well. I am pretty sure this things is going to be above 5 USD or more. Its logical that it will be far more in demand than the current time after its ICO.
But hopefully the ICO should be success otherwise it wouldn't be that big deal.
